Choosing Your Apartment
What types of homes are available?
Riyadh Compound offers studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, with furnished and unfurnished options. Our two-bedroom apartments are our most spacious category. We do not offer villas.
How do the studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts differ?
All our studios have a separate bedroom and living room. The main difference between our studios and one-bedroom apartments is the floor area. Selected one-bedroom apartments also include a separate storage room, giving you extra space for luggage and belongings without filling your living area. Storage rooms are available only in certain one-bedroom layouts. Our two-bedroom apartments include a main bedroom and a second room suited to a child’s bedroom or home office, as well as two bathrooms. Each category includes an American-style kitchen. What is included in a furnished apartment?
Our furnished homes combine comfortable living spaces with split air conditioning and everyday kitchen essentials: an electric stove, oven, fridge and microwave. A washing machine makes laundry convenient, and a TV provides a place to unwind. View the individual apartment page for photographs and details.
Do furnished studios and apartments include kitchen appliances?
Yes. Furnished studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments include an electric stove, oven, fridge and microwave, along with a washing machine, TV and split air conditioning. Each category has an American-style kitchen, and our studios have a separate bedroom and living room. What is included in an unfurnished apartment?
Unfurnished homes include split air conditioning and an electric stove, giving you a practical starting point to create a home in your own style. Bring your furniture and remaining appliances, or ask about our optional kitchen appliance package.
Can I add a kitchen appliance package?
Yes. We offer an optional package including a fridge, oven, microwave and washing machine. Ask our team about arranging the package for your chosen apartment before moving in.

Lease and Payments
Do you offer monthly rentals, and what is the minimum lease?
We do not offer monthly leases. Our current minimum lease term is six months, with annual leases as our standard option. Lease terms are subject to change, so confirm the available agreement with our team before applying. Monthly payment arrangements through Ejari or Rize, where approved, do not shorten the lease term.
Can I pay rent in monthly installments?
Monthly payments are different from a monthly lease. Payment options are available through Ejari and Rize, subject to each provider’s approval, eligibility, fees and terms. Our minimum lease remains six months, with a one-year lease as the standard option. Contact our team to discuss the options for your apartment. Ejar, the rental-contract platform, is separate from these payment providers.
What is Ejar?
Ejar is Saudi Arabia’s electronic rental network. It supports rental-contract documentation and payment tracking, helping protect the rights of tenants, landlords and real estate brokers. Our team can guide you through the Ejar steps for your tenancy. Learn more on the official Ejar website.

Is there a swimming pool or gym at Riyadh Compound?
Yes. Riyadh Compound has an outdoor swimming pool with a sun deck and shaded seating, a fitness center, a BBQ area, and landscaped gardens with walking paths. See our Facilities page for an introduction to these shared spaces.

Does Riyadh Compound offer apartments with security services?
Yes. Riyadh Compound has 24/7 security, controlled gate access, surveillance systems across the compound and professional security staff. These arrangements support a private residential setting for our studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Contact our team when planning your viewing if you have questions about access or resident arrangements.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Small dogs and cats are welcome at Riyadh Compound. Let our team know about your pet when arranging your viewing.
Is parking available?
Street parking is available around Riyadh Compound. We do not provide dedicated on-site parking spaces.
Where is Riyadh Compound located?

Availability and Viewing
How do I check apartment availability?
Visit our Apartments page for the current category status. Availability can change, so confirm your preferred apartment and move-in window with our team before making plans.
Can I enquire about a later move-in month?
Yes. You can select more than one month in our enquiry form, choose Flexible or As soon as possible, and add an exact date if you have one. If your preferred category is fully rented, you can join our waitlist.
How do I join the waitlist for a fully rented apartment?
Select Join the waitlist on your preferred fully rented apartment listing, or open our waitlist form. Share your full name, WhatsApp number, preferred unit type, length of stay and one or more move-in months. The team will contact you once the unit is available for viewing.
How can I arrange a viewing?
